Center For Family Services Prevention Hub The statewide system of Prevention Hubs provides evidence-based prevention education, interventions, strategies, and programs to support all sectors of our community, including youth, parents, schools, law enforcement, faith-based organizations, etc. The Prevention Hub of Warren County is hosted by the Center for Family Services and connects residents and professionals with prevention resources and services, building resilience in our local communities. |

PerformCare - Mobile Response Services Call 1-877-652-7624 Perform Care is a resource provided by New Jersey Children’s System of Care for children and families in need ages 3-21 who may be experiencing emotional or behavioral difficulties, developmental/intellectual disabilities, substance abuse, or trauma. Perform Care provides children and their families with counseling services, mobile response to stabilize crisis situations, behavioral supports, substance abuse treatment (up to age 18), respite care, family support, and care management for complex needs. They are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. |
