AP Testing Information
Hello 2024-2025 AP Students and Parents,
You are receiving this message as your child is enrolled in an Advanced Placement (AP) course. Please read the information below on how to register for AP Exams, which will be administered in May 2025. You can register for exams from September 30th, 2024 through October 30th, 2024 without incurring a late fee.
Please follow the instructions below to complete your AP Exam registration and payment:
Step 1: You must have a College Board Account. For many of you, you already have this. Your same College Board account login is used for PSAT, SAT and AP, so if you have ever created an account for one of these, login. DO NOT create a 2nd account. If you do, it could prevent all of your SAT scores or AP scores from going to the correct college. You can create an account or verify that you have an account at www.collegeboard.org.

Step 2: Join your AP Classroom. Sign in: https://myap.collegeboard.org/login

If you have not yet joined AP Classroom for your course(s), please ask your AP teacher for the Join Code. Click the ‘Join a Course’ button → input the join code from your teacher → confirm the course is correct and join. Watch this video for assistance.

What is a Join Code? Your AP Join Code IS NOT the same as your Google Classroom code. You should NOT be on Google Classroom to complete these steps. You need to be logged into the College Board and your teacher will have the join code from AP to provide. Each course has its own code.

If you are NOT planning on taking the AP exam: Please email biamontee@warrenhills.org to notify that you WILL NOT be taking the 2025 AP exam. Include your name and AP course name in your email.

If you ARE planning on taking an AP Exam: Move to Step 3 for payment information.
Step 3: Pay for your exam(s) follow this link http://aptsusa.com/warrenhills to pay for each AP exam you would like to take.

Each exam is $99. Students can begin purchasing their exams September 30th, 2024 through October 30th, 2024 via APTS: http://aptsusa.com/warrenhills

All payments MUST be received by October 30th, 2024.

If you are having difficulty paying for your AP exam, please contact Mrs. Hough (houghc@warrenhills.org) and Mrs. Biamonte (biamontee@warrenhills.org).
All AP students must complete BOTH of these steps by October 30th, 2024. Effective October 31st, 2024, any student who has not submitted payment to APTS will automatically have their MYAP Exam Registration status changed to "Not Registered for Exam" and the exam will not be ordered.
