AP Testing Information
Important Information for 2025 AP Students & Parents
- Please review the exam schedule to ensure you arrive on the correct day and time for your exam below: 2025 AP Exam Schedule
- ALL 2025 AP Exams will be held at Warren Hills High School.
- Students taking an 8:00 AM exam should arrive at their testing locations promptly by 7:30 AM. Students taking a 12:00 PM exam should arrive at their testing locations promptly by 11:30 AM. It is important that exams begin on time.
- You are excused for the full day of your exam(s). The absence will be confirmed and will NOT go toward credit loss.
- If you’re taking a morning exam (8 AM, plan to arrive at 7:30 AM), you may leave after you’re dismissed from your exam. You do not need to go to class. If you’re taking an afternoon exam, you may come in late (you must arrive at your testing location by 11:30 AM).
- If you’re leaving early or coming in late, you must enter and exit through the main entrance and check in/ out with Mrs. Watts/ Security.
- Transportation is NOT offered by the district for students leaving early or coming in late.
- If you do not have transportation and plan on coming to school, you’re welcome to sit in a designated area of the library to study. Please keep in mind, there may be exams going on during these times.
- Exams will be held in the Auxiliary Gym with the exception of:
- Students testing with accommodations (Library)
- Exams with conflicts (Microeconomics, African American Studies, Calculus BC, Physics C: Electricity & Magnetism will be in the Library); Physics II ( Location TBD)
- Late and Exception Date Testing (Library)

- If you are not taking a digital exam, we ask that you leave all electronic devices, including smartwatches, at home or in your car.
- A bucket for cell phones will be available for use during testing. You may NOT access your phone at any time during testing, including breaks. It must be turned off.

Digital & Hybrid Exam Information
For all digital & hybrid exams, students MUST have their Chromebooks FULLY CHARGED. There will be limited access to outlets/ extension cords.
- Students will utilize the Bluebook App to access their exams. This is pre-downloaded to all school-issued Chromebook.
- Bluebook can be accessed by logging out of your Chromebook, go to ‘Apps’ and Bluebook will be listed (where you go for TestNav, state testing).
- Students should be using school-issued Chromebooks to take their AP exams.
- You MUST know your CollegeBoard username and password to login to Bluebook. Please memorize this OR bring your username/password on a post it note on exam day to login.
Digital Exams:
Students complete multiple-choice and free-response questions in Bluebook, with all responses automatically submitted at the end of the exam.
AP African American Studies, AP Computer Science A, AP Computer Science Principles , AP English Language and Composition , AP English Literature and Composition, AP Environmental Science , AP European History, AP Psychology, AP United States Government and Politics, AP United States History
Hybrid Exams:
Students complete multiple-choice questions and view free-response questions in Bluebook. They handwrite their free-response answers in paper exam booklets that are returned for scoring. Learn more about the free-response booklets.

Exams Requiring Digital Portfolio Submissions:
Some AP courses include a portfolio component that needs to be submitted digitally to be scored by the AP Program. You’ll upload and submit your work through the AP Digital Portfolio, a secure web application.

- Must be submitted by May 9th, 2025, 8:00 PM ET.

- If you are taking the AP Computer Science Principles Exam, you MUST submit your Digital Portfolio by April 30th, 2025 11:59 PM ET.

- AP African American Studies (Mr. O'Brien)
- AP African American Studies teachers need to upload their students’ project scores to the AP Digital Portfolio.
- Due by May 31, 2025, 11:59 p.m. ET is the final deadline for AP African American Studies teachers to submit scores. Students without a project score from their teacher after this date will receive a zero for this component of their AP score.
